We offer a range of different training methods and packages with a wide variety of facillities and training skills available; plus the option of joining in with boxing classes or doing your own casual sessions on top of your personal sessions just about any training combination you desire can be catered for. Personal Xtraining Personal Xtraining sessions for improving general fitness, strength and conditioning, core strength development, specific sport improvement, or taking an already established training program to a whole new level.
Boxing Technique and Skill Personal or closed small group sessions focused on teaching true boxing movement and skills with plenty of combinations taught and practiced in the ring with hand pads, developing fast foot movement, hand speed and lifing cardiovascular fitness to a new level. (Sparring sessions available on request most weeks)
Home or park sessions We also offer a traveling service to your house or nearby parkland.
