WELCOME TO XTRAINING Weight Loss. Cardio. Health. Strength. Flexibility. Conditioning WHAT is XTRAINING? it refers to a training routine that involves a variety of exercises and training routines to improve your overall fitness conditioning, strength, cardiovascular efficiency and improve weight loss.
WHY XTRAINING? It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same exercise routines.
Xtraining also allows you the ability to vary the stress placed on specific muscles or even your cardiovascular system. After months of the same movements your body becomes extremely efficient performing those movements, and while that is great for competition, it limits the amount of overall fitness you possess and reduces the actual conditioning you get while training; rather than continuing to improve, you simply maintain a that level of fitness.
Cross training can also reduce the risk of injury from repetitive strain or overuse, while allowing you to be flexible with your training routine.
Life is more than 1 type of activity and so should your exercise routine be!
From our base at the Coorparoo Boxing Gym we are able to offer a diverse range of activities to ensure you get all the benefits of Xtraining.
We have a great range of cardio equipment, plenty of weights, 3 boxing rings, over 40 punching bags of different weights a running track, stairs, bodywieght training facilities and a aquatic centre with olympic pool a short run away.
Whatever your fitness needs we can provide for them. Stewart (principal trainer) is fully qualified holding Cert.III & IV in fitness, level 1 coaching boxing (QABA), level 1 coaching Strength and conditioning (ASCA).
